will these 20s fit?

Some guy is selling a set of 20s and I was wondering if these will fit on my xb2

20x9
+40 offset

They might fit the back, but I don't think they would fit the front. You might have to roll the fender. They might be too wide. Do you have lowering springs? Are you sure you want to go 20's? I mean, it's your car, but they look a little to big IMO. Good luck.
