There's little protusions in the clear lens that pop out of small rectangular holes. You have to pry the black up a little bit, get a screwdriver in there, and pry them open. It's a little bit of a brutal process. Not for the faint of heart. :D

yeah, i pried the black part of the clips out of the way, still wounldnt seperate. i may have another go at it another weekend when i feel more determined.

i own an XB2...try baking them for 30 minutes instead of 15...and try to look for a DIY cause on the XB2..there are some screws that hold the lens to the housing.
