Has anyone else had any issues with this ?

If my car sets for 2 days or longer it takes about 5 cranks to start it - and I see smoke from tail pipe briefly once started. Once it is running it runs great no idle issues, etc .... and it only does it if it sets for 2 days or longer, if i drive it everyday(which i mostly do) it always runs great - 115k miles

does this sound like the throttle body , i was thinking about trying to clean it.
