That sounds funky to me.

It says: "This product was added to our catalog on Sunday 25 May, 2008"

I have not heard anything from Magnaflow. I will contact them directly before buying anything. For the price I will say indeed is a cat back.

I have a custom cat-back with Magnaflow resonators and it cost me less than $300 installed. Sure magnaflow cat backs are full SS, but that is just added bling to something you don't even see must of the time

Magnaflow is NOT selling that exhaust yet... They told me in JULY that it would go on sale some time after SEMA, but no definate date as testing still wasn't done and tooling wouldn't be done for production for some time....

I do not know much about the release date but you can find it on Magnaflow's website.

Anybody get this yet? Any noticeable gains. Makes funny noises when wet? No really, anybody's testimonial would be nice.

QFT. I've been quoted $180 if I bring in my own resonator/muffler. I was wondering why a custom exhaust from a random shop isn't a more popular option?

When I called the them they stated it was only available through preorder as the r&d was not done. She said that I could not order directly through them but I would have to use one of their suppliers.

Dude, that would mean that it has been on preorder for over a year and a half now, and in R&D for over 2 years... Someone's jerkin your chain buddy....

I did call Magnaflow, and they told me it was available for preorder through their suppliers. When I asked how would I know when it would be available. She said she didn't know and "that it was still in the r&d phase" which probably was a line. The truth is you can order it from these places, but it doesn't say anything about it being a preorder. So that's weird. I called etrailer.com. The lady I spoke with tried to contact them today, but they were closed today July 3rd. She's supposed to call me back Monday.

Wow, I expected that they went under, but here they are with an exhaust for the xd and it's cheaper than the magnaflow. SCS7043 Thanks Scionmag. Also do you know the diameter of the DC Sports kit's piping? The greddy is 50mm (~2 inches) and the magnaflow is (2.25 inches). Any info would be helpful.

My guess is that everyone is going to be about the same... between 2" and 2.25"
