Default NEW NST Group Buy: xD Crank Pulley

Hi everyone,

It looks like it's time for a new NST GB! Here is your chance to get on the list for the next xD must-have.

PLEASE READ THIS FULL POST VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE ADDING YOUR NAME.

This GB will require roughly 14 people within the next 14 days.

Each Underdrive Crank Pulley will be offered at $99.99 plus shipping for this GB.
(MSRP on this same item will be $118.00 plus shipping when released in Jan 09)

Payments MUST be made within a 10 day period after GB ends. We will have very detailed instructions for you as we come close to the closing date, DEC 15 2008.

Production will begin AFTER all payments have been received, and production will require roughly six weeks from start to finish, this process can not be sped up if you want products of the highest quality. Please do not add your name to the list if you can not wait patiently during the production period. Our rough-estimate ETA as of this writing is late January 2009.

TOYOTA CRANK PULLEY: apx 48oz
NST CRANK PULLEY: apx 12oz

Available colors for this GB will be:

Red
Graphite Gray
Blue (blue will ONLY be offered during this run. blue is not a production color)
Gold (gold will ONLY be offered during this run. blue is not a production color)

Please add your names to this list, and remember... We have the rest of our lives to receive socks and sweaters for the holidays... why not ask our friends, family, and loved ones to help us pick up something that we actually want?

-- UPDATE DECEMBER 15 --

OK BOYS AND GIRLS... PLEASE READ VERY VERY CAREFULLY...

The time has come for you to submit your payments and solidify your place on this list. Please BE SURE TO LOOK FOR A LINK during the ordering process that asks for your SCREEN NAME and COLOR OPTION. It is YOUR YOUR YOUR responsibility to keep your eyes open for this link as you proceed with your order.

Payments must be received by DECEMBER 28 and production will begin AFTER all payments have been received. SO... the sooner payments come in, the sooner we can begin. Our current ETA for the completion of pulleys is LATE JANUARY 2009.

I will edit this list as your payments come in. Please BE SURE to post your screen name and color with your order so that we can mark you as paid...
No screen name and color included with payment, no paid tag...

$99 is a nice price on an item like this. I mean quality wise....

Right on guys!

Hey NST, you were a little off on the stock pulleys weight haha. It weighs MORE *LOL* 49.4oz! Talk about being modest

I can say without a doubt that I got better MPG on the way home today than I have ever gotten. Testing MPG all this week! 100% worth the cash.

I noticed a gain in first gear and a very small gain in 2nd. The motor free revs quicker. I also noticed that when hitting the clutch in to take the car out of cruise, the motor now jumps about 500-600 rpm rev wise as it spins much more easily. Just took note of that today. Downshifting feels pretty much the same, did not notice anything really that stood out in that respect.

Overall it was a change for the good, no question on that. Cannot wait until mid week when I can see the overall per tank MPG increase!

i think i know what you mean about the car revving 500-600 after you push in the clutch, mine seems to do it a little bit now... sounds like its more noticeable with the lighter, smaller pulley. cant wait to hear the MPG results!

I like express myself, but I have a very strong feeling that you will like this pulley more than you have ever enjoyed owning any pair of socks.

Can big winter socks improve your throttle response and power delivery? Can they provide better fuel economy? If anything, they would add excess weight! And who wants that?

For those of you who are always asking for dyno charts, as if you are addicted to them!!!

Take a look at the following, and pay attention to the AREA UNDER THE CURVE rather than just peak gains. You will find that NST pulleys always provide gains across the entire RPM band. This is something the typical intake or exhaust can NOT do. Furthermore, other benefits such as throttle response and better fuel economy can not be measured on a dyno, but are definitely noticeable on street and track...

As you can see, the gains are always there. Automatic, manual, Inline 4, V6, etc...

http://www.nonstoptuning.com/infoPageDYNOS.htm

NO OTHER $100 MOD ON THE PLANET CAN PROVIDE ALL THESE BENEFITS.
