LOl me look?
anyway. still looks straight to me. and from what you originally said you made it seem as if the entire canister was sticking out sideways
are you talking about the TIP of the muffler?....because...alot of tips look like that..

I'm not talking about the tip, I know it points down. the muffler/canister/whatever you guys call it is crooked.
if that's crooked, the whole exhaust fits horribly.
it's usually in the piping and hooks that it'll sit crooked.

yeah i can't really see it. i wont deny it because reports are that this sits farther down from the bumper. chances are the bend from over the axle is too severe... so it sits lower. that, and the fact that they would have to extend the hangar support to compensate.

go with TRD. if you dont like the sound of a magnaflow canister then chances are you really wont like the sound of any canister on an auto. the TRD will just give you a slightly deeper tone. not necessarily more audible, so it may be better. and since you dont want to have to bother altering it to fit and the TRD is direct bolt on just go with that. OR. IMO you just use a straight piece of pipe...no canister. we already have a huge resonating cat that should keep it deep enough to the point where its not a cop magnet

for 1/3 of the price I'll just make my own.
sorry for threadjacking, btw.

...if yours is manual then why comment on the fact that you dont like the magnaflow canister sound on an auto? and if you can make your own then go for it....youre essentially doing the exact same thing that precision did if you make your own because all they did is get a canister, create the piping for it, and bolt it on. good luck finding a canister you like...let us know how that goes.

it'll be just piping.

It actually hangs perfect, level, and straight.
Have you ever heard the magnaflow canister in person? it has a much deeper, less ricey tone then the video, like i said. I figured i might as well post it, even though the sound is not exact. Don't make your choice from one video that is incorrect. Hearing its tone in person is the only way to get a feel for the sound.

not for a Toyota( Honda Stepwgn) but I think you get the jist of it. can will be hidden and yet you will still get the sound your looking for and a nice tip on the end. as I said before, too many compnaies now just go for the status quo rather than be inovative. I'll be watching and waiting for something like this to hit the market for the xD/Ist.

there's an exhaust in japan for the rumion (second gen xB) that has a twin canister axle back....looks pretty tight and both canisters are hidden pretty well (especially if equipped with the admire or TRD sportivo(think thats it) kits) made by GT BOX

make sure its snug both at the flange and at the hangar. 1st gear has our highest torque range so the acceleration could be what's causing it to shake. sounds like the hangar mount is too soft(?) making it sway. let us know how it turns out

like that.
but obviously not that drastically.

Yeah, i park on rocks, defiantly not even, and i was not using my tripod, and its not a straight on picture, taken from the side.
All of these things are factors to why it might look crooked.
If you REALLY want some new pictures of it, i can do that no problem, just let me know.
