Just so you know, generally only amber or white turn signals are legal. Blue is almost certainly illegal everywhere, but I'd suggest checking your local laws before doing it. Don't let that deter you from getting a swap though, I got the white ones and they look great.

no, blue gauge swap.

my turn signals are amber, and i'm getting some LED's for those soon.

still looking for a white LED door light. the overhead, and one in the back. bright enough to light up like the incandescent bulb does now. i don't want ANY bulbs in my car (except headlights). i already got the white LED back-up lights and license plate lights. i want LED turn signals and brake lights. soon, when i get $$$ LOL.

Default How is that ?

How does the Fuel gauge have 8 bars but only 4 leds ?
Do you have a board swap program where I could get a board and not have the wheels tied down for the duration of shipping?

The leds to not light up per fuel level, they are always on. It is the LCD that either polarizes or does not which lets light through or blocks it.

Also I cannot offer a swap program on any gauge clusters for any modern cars as they store the vehicles actual mileage on the circuit board.

Default more NFO reqd.

If I may ask:
What would the cost of LEDs for the fuel, odometer, clock and 3 HVAC ***** run.

I would like to do it myself, but need a link or directions to the HVAC changeing, and clock.

If it's not possible, that's O.K. too...

waiting for the cost est.

Well the leds run .59 cents each for plcc-2, the clock leds are .69 cents each for plcc-4. The clock takes 3-4 from memory, been a long time since I did an XD. You can modify the #74 bulbs I carry to work with the hvac unit, those are $2.99ea and you need 3 of them.

Sorry for the delayed response, did not see your post!

bwhite - If you ship your cluster to Garage1217 you can still drive your car, it just won't read the extra mileage you put on it and you won't know your speed or fuel level, but if you are confident on maintaining the correct speed and keeping gas in the tank, then you shouldn't have a problem...Trust me, I took a tC completely apart and the guy went shopping while I did the swap, he drove around with no HVAC, window buttons, steering wheel controls, or gauge cluster...Also, if you wanna save a lil money on shipping, you could always take the cluster apart and send him just the Board and your gauge face and needles depending on the type of swap you want...

Garage1217 - Hey, I made a thread asking for a volunteer for the xD gauge face mod, but if you swap yours for aftermarket before then, let me have your gauge face, or you can do what we talked about, I have confidence that it would work...

Right on man, no plans to swap mine out however. But will let you know if I do! I have some old 350Z gauge faces that are built the same way, welcome to try.

Been a very busy few weeks with the new products on the website! Do not forgot to check out the new flagship LED dome lights! They are wicked!
http://store.garage1217.com/new-flag...ut-wi3636.html

We also now stock a longer festoon for the xA as well!

And for those that have older clusters with twist style bulbs, we have our custom built led replacements that cast a very even light! Mr2 guys are going nuts for them! I bet the Lexus guys will catch on quick as well!

That new twist style you got is awesome...I see you took the wedge and modified it with a twist base, very smart...Now does that fit for all the old clusters, or is there a specific size/style that they match?

Well it fits most old style clusters that take a 168/194, T10, 2825, or W5W Twist Lock style bulb. The mr2 crowd has been snagging them up like candy! Cannot wait to find more clusters to test out with them. Wish I still had my 4runner, would be perfect for that bad boy!

And yeah, this bulb is not produced by anyone but me, I build them in house currently. Well until someone in china copies me *LOL*
