Wow, didn't know, sucks to hear it's so difficult. I do know people who swap the whole headlight assembly at shows, but that's because they body match the headlight, including the reflector so they're functionally useless. Always an extreme option.

I am running the 6K H4 Bi-Xenon's from Clifford @ Mobile HID...I love the fact that it is switchable from low to high beam HID's...And yes, install on these in an xD is a **** just because of the cramped area to work with...Especially the drivers side...We were able to do it with the bumper on and the headlight in place it just took a long time...Like I said, I still have some scatter but it is not that bad and light output is awesome...It has been raining like crazy here the last few days and even driving in the rain I did not have any visibililty problems...I have only been flashed by another driver's high beams once mistaking mine for being on high so I flashed my HID high beams back and let them know that all was good...

ya know there is a reason car companies use 4300k hids....so that you can see more
I personally have 5k mobilehids and they are great they look a little bit more white than the 4300k but they only stay blue during warm up. 6k is as high as i would ever go on anything period. Buddy has ddm tuning 6ks on his mazda and they are pretty sick but still too blue for me...another buddy has 8k on his civic it is completely blue!!! He cant see ____ at night! Another buddy argued with me about how his 10ks were brigher and what not until he sat in my car lmao...at 10k you cant see anything on the road...so you want 20k why????!! Just save your money and dont buy anything.

Yea, swapping bulbs in the xD is way trickier than it should be. I tore my hands up trying to get new bulbs in my friend's xD.

OP: Holy crap, now you're getting 30,000K? Sigh.
Yea, you can put the bulbs on the same ballast... it's the bulb that makes the color, not the ballast. Still, it's a bad idea and unsafe for street use, but you don't seem to care about anyone else on the road.

Eh, imo flashing back is pretty rude. You already know you aren't on your his, so all you flashing does is blind them.

Curious now, if these things are so damn dim, how are they hurting other drivers on the road? The are very hard not to see at night..

well rice prolly started by this
People putting "aerodynamic" bumpers coming from china.
revving your car in 1st at drive thru's & parking lots
and saying your honda is better then others because of stickers.
Not hating on the honda people i love them, just hate the RICER "type r" hondas.
But i do love them.
haha

yeup; cali's just as bad

at least so cal is...

and lol. yeah. people with honda's are pretty bad, but honda's aren't the main enemy in rice battles. alot of scion owners are just as bad as the cliche'd civic or accord ricer. alot of ford focus owners...cavaliers...(even though one was a toyota)..mitsu owners...let's not tag ricer's as honda owners. lets tag them for what they are; ignorant people who do illegitimate sht with their cars thinking they're jdm, drifters, drag racers, whatever the hell they think it is they accomplish with their BS.

You know what? It's pointless for this thread to keep going. You're asking questions that you don't really care to know the answers to.

It's your car, buy whatever you want for it, but don't come crying to us when you get pulled over.

/thread.
