Yea well.. in America we view small cars as not worthwhile of having such nice extras in them. Which is really irritating. I sorta have leather seats now anyways

Since they put up the website, we should now have a possibly cheaper place to get replacement parts for our cars Not sure if it would be cheaper to buy and ship from Europe or Japan though. :?

[edit]
They also offer a purple paint color! Gwah!

Cant see it being much cheaper, it still has to cross an ocean

Still find it funny that our car is considered an SUV overthere

^yeah that SUV stuff is funny

On a somewhat practical note, since there are factory DISC breaks out there in the world now, how far fetched is the idea of getting some shipped over here and slapped in our rides? What exactly would you need you think?

Remeber, their gallons are 20% larger than ours. so that's more like 40 MPG. Also remember that the engine in question is a lot smaller than ours. Closer to what the Yaris gets.

I notices the rear disc brakes right away... also they have standard drivers knee airbag.

Notice how much lower the trunk floor is? Is there even a spare in there? Also, they have a sexier shift boot.

Their gallon is smaller than ours? lol wtf? Anyway, that engine is tiny, even smaller than the Yaris' 1.5L. Imagine knocking a whole cylinder off our car. I'm surprised they aren't coming with turbos, actually. The purple is just jizztastic. Seeing an AWD diesel 6sp available for our car makes me want to cry tears of joy, then tears of anger for it not being available here.

If you get the diesel AWD, the seats DO NOT fold flat, but i'm pretty sure that both come with the spare. I dont think I saw our trunk "cubby tray" included in theirs, but whop-dee-doo.

I'm not certain but that parking ramp video segment almost seemed like CGI. I'm not sure that any of it was actual footage. Watch it again, especially that bullet-time/slo-mo part. Dang it was cool though you're right.

And whats with the gallons being bigger? isn't a gallon a gallon? Arent they on the metric system anyways? i was surprised i saw gallon anything to be honest.

We use "US" gallon... Everyone else (including Canada) uses the Imperial Gallon. England is officially on the metric system -- only two countries are not -- but they still commonly use the Imperial system.

Canada and the UK both use litres, not gallons.

They "officially" use the metric system, but still commonly use Imperial gallons. I buy and sell lots of stuff from Canada and the UK and they all list ingredients in Imperial gallons. Look at any UK car website and you'll see MPG (that's miles per gallon... two non-metric measurements in one!).

just a left hand drive Ist. the bumper is a little different from Japan I think. but the smart entry needs to be added. I'm not fond of the round blank on the dahs. oh, and climate controls. otherwise, I don't much care for the silver dash. too plain. but I want that startbutton. can;t be hard to interface. all you do is click the key over without holding for the car to start.

edit, I bet Japan is ticked we have all these lipkits for our car with Japan having diddily for the Ist

So it seems. Pretty odd since last time I purchased fuel in Canada it was per litre. What's the conversion rate? 4/5 Gallon?
