I had the same issue on my TRD's and my 17x8's +35 offset wheels! only the rear passenger side rubs and only when I have a passenger in the car! doesnt make any sense to me, I thought it was because of my body kit, that maybe the passenger side was formed slightly different... (BTW the rubbing went away after 10,000 miles LOL, inner lip of the body kit got rubbed off....)

Yea i'm not rubbing any more either We took a grinder to the inner fender and removed quite abit of it
