Another variation of the Land Cruiser FJ40 was the FJ45 Truck.





Toyota took the front of an FJ40 and put it on a lengthened chassis, then bolted a truck bed to the back. The truck was imported to the US from 63-67.

 

HMMMM--the box look goes back aways doesn't it!!

 

I only ever saw a few of those. The were VERY tough boxes. (So was my '73 FJ-40 - built like a bridge girder, reliable as an anvil.)
