cause everyone knows toyota has somthing up there sleeve like always the skyline is coming to the us in 2007 and toyota will need some kind of super car to compete in the under 30k range. its just a matter of when someone will either spot it or they let it out of the bag.

Under $30,000 range?! I'll have some of what you've been smoking, lol. If they do bring the Supra back I'd be amazed if it sold for under $50K, especially with a 500hp V10. If it's the 500hp Hybrid from the Volta concept, or something similar, expect a huge price tag. That's my theory at least, I've been pleasantly surprised before!

sorry guys that sykline is sooo ugly, it looks like they took the g35 and crossed it with a Cadillac...and if they were trying to find a functional design, they missed their target...looks way to luxurious for me, its a F'in race car not one of those DUB edition video game cars.... and not meaty enough for me, designers got to caught up with what they could do and lost the essence in what they should do...
I think I’m going to start a rescue agency for abused and neglected Skylines....

I kinda like the look of the Volta and I wish Toyota would bring that under their nameplate.

volta is too much cost to make have to remember its a carbon fiber body with a v6 engine and two electric motors probably be looking at the price of an exotic car at that point of completion.
under 30k range could mean 28k-29k doesn't mean it will still be like 20k range car.

look at what the new 350z is liek compared to the 300ZX TT.
That is what the new Supra is going to be like compared to the MKIV.
They are competing with the Z, not the MKIV.
If it has a hopped up version of the IS350 6 it will be a nice car and match up nicley with the Z....regardless of what people who wish they owned a MKIV say.

Thats nice and all, but will it sell?
If gas prices keep rising, it'll be a tough sell to all those except the absolutely devout and/or wealthy; even so without factoring in gas price, it'll be an expensive vehicle.
Nice car though.

Expense is what killed the MKIV and 300ZX, de ja vu all over again.
