Mines been removed but thinking of replacing it but with gloss black to better match the tinted glass. Any thoughts on how that would look?

Holy eff. I just finished doing mine. I can't feel my thumbs, but it looks great!

I need to hit it with some bug and tar remover, and tweezer the little shreds that got caught in the weatherstripping along the rear most window.

I just replaced mine by using semi gloss spray paint. I can always remove it again cause I didn't sand anything. Actually looks better than the tape because no lines or seams where the tape overlapped.
