The seat belt holder and harness needs to be removed from the stock seat. There is an airbag distance sensor on the right front that is part of the harness. It is held in with one screw.

No crazy about the look but I driving position is So much better. I'm 5' 8" but have a long torso. I was ducking my head to see stop lights change. I can also see the sky from the side windows now. It was worth the cost for me.

The Sparco seat base for 05 - 11 Toyota Yaris fits perfectly. No modifications. I did move the seat from the middle of the slotted holes to the farthest right as top wings of the chair rubbed the B pillar. It does not rub now with the adjustment.

I bought the car used in Nov of 2021. The previous owner bent the jack bracket down. I don't know what these two pieces of metal are screwed to the floor are for. I'm guessing he had a replacement seat as well.
